Artorius Humanoid Robot
The best expression of todays engineering knowledge could come just
with a robot which is a complete fusion of electronics, software,
mechanics, physics and last but least medicine. This is what Artorius
is, a project that has the ambition to bring alive a human
“draft” consisting of a human head plus an arm.
Artorius will be an endless project, as any Babel tower will always try
to reach new goals. Nevertheless Artorius will be an expression of the
beauty and elegance of Nature laws which are far away from being
corrupted.
Human kind finds their best motivation when they believe it is impossible...but at the same time they know that they can do it!
Great things can be done by great people but being a believer is just the beginning of the long way that can let you achieve the results of making it happen!

| General Documentation | ||
| AR0001-EN Artorius Presentation | The AR0001-EN Documentation introduces what Artorius Humanoid Robot is all about. It is just a brief introduction but you should not read anything else before it! | |
| AR0002-EN-Tool Chain | The AR0002-EN Documentation shows and describes all the tools that are required to start working with Artorius. The Tool Chain is based on open source projects, so anyone can enjoy it at no cost. The documentation also shows how to access Artorius remotely, using ssh connection. | |
| AR0003-EN-Programming Practices | The AR0003-EN Documentation introduce the programming practices that are used by Artorius development team. Are the rules that make the software as made by one person. The rules are also useful to let each member of the team to be familiar reading codes written by others. | |
| Hardware Documentation | ||
| PJ30001-EN-RS232 CAN Protocol Converter | The project PJ30001 is a RS232-CAN Protocol Converter used to let the PC communicates with Artorius. | |
| PJ10001-EN-Freedom | The project PJ10001 is a general purpose PIC embedded system. It can be used in many different applications with reduced external hardware usage. The project PJ30001-EN uses this evaluation board. | |
| PJ30002-EN-5 Servo Motors Controller Board | The project PJ30002 is a Servo motor controller board used to drive up to 5 servo motors. The board is controlled through the CAN bus. The servo motors are used to move Artorius' fingers and eyes. | |
